The Medical Belt System Multi-Purpose Pouch is a vest and belt mounted pouch that holds both rifle magazines and medical equipment. Pouch mount using MOLLE compatible Flex-tab system. Elastic loops secure two 30 round M4 magazines. The front pouch uses zippers and a quick rip tab for opening exposing loops and Velcro for mounting medical items such as airway items and bandages. Each of these pouches is lined with hook and loop to accept elastic loop modular pouch organizers. The flanks of the pouch have two MOLLE loop sets for attaching flashlight and tourniquet pouches.
